HOME BUYERS
One important goal of this website is to supply the public with timely information related to the Home Inspection Industry and to provide an easy to use search method to locate competent and qualified inspectors in your area. Buying a home is likely the largest single investment you’ll ever make, and usually requires a major investment of your time as well as your money. Concerns regarding the condition of the property are well founded, and this makes the selection of a home inspector very important. Most homebuyers are aware of the need for an inspection, however, few are aware of what minimum credentials a home inspector must have, and even more challenging is determining who is most qualified or will do the most competent job.
The KAREI association was formed in order to speak for the industry regarding legislative matters and to further enhance the expertise and integrity of its membership and the industry by providing clients a list of inspectors who have pledged to abide by our high standards of practice and Code of Ethics that emphasizes honesty and fairness.
