BECOMING A MEMBER

The Kansas Association of Real Estate Inspectors (KAREI) is a statewide, professional organization dedicated to improving the competency and reliability of the home inspection industry through the establishment of a code of ethics and a pledge to follow high industry standards of practice; thereby, advancing and improving the industry’s standing. Home buyers and sellers, Realtors, and homebuilders all stand to benefit from our high ethical standards and commitment of our members to continuing education.

Education is the cornerstone of our profession. KAREI strongly encourages and supports the continuing education of our members, as it improves both their inspection skills and knowledge, and thereby their reputation.

Membership Requirements

• Engaged (full or part time) in the home inspection industry
• Agree to adhere to the Association Code of Ethics and Bylaws
• Current Membership in a National Home Inspector Trade Association (ASHI, InterNachi, NAHI, etc.)
• Payment of annual dues
